By AIR: Hilton Head Island has its own airport (HHH) with a small number of direct flights to DC, NY, Atlanta and Charlotte (with more added all the time). In addition, the Savannah, GA airport (SAV) is just one hour away and very convenient.
AirBNB/ VRBO
There are many houses and condos available on Hilton Head Island through AirBNB and VRBO. Ideal location would be on the South end of the Island (i.e. Sea Pines, Coligny, North Forest Beach, South Forest Beach or Palmetto Dunes). In addition, there are a number of hotels on the Island. Some hotels are listed below. (Please note that we do not have one designated wedding hotel, although I do know a number of people are staying at the Omni).

The Westin Hilton Head Island Resort & Spa
No room block reserved. Reservations can be made online. Nice hotel on the beach at the northern part of the Island. Convenient to the Friday Night Party.
Courtyard by Marriott Hilton Head Island
Room Block for Wedding. The Hotel is across the street from the beach. Convenient location for the Ceremony (there will be a shuttle to the Ceremony across the street). Also convenient to the Reception and the Friday Night Welcome Party. Transportation Provided to Events.
The Inn & Club at Harbour Town
No room block reserved. Reservations can be made online. Very nice hotel in Sea Pines. Convenient to the Reception.
Sonesta Resort Hilton Head Island
Room Block for Wedding. The Hotel is on the beach. Convenient location between the locations for the Ceremony, Reception and the Friday Night Welcome Party.
